How can I open a Money Transfer Account with eFast Cash?

You need to call the eFastcash customer support centre on 0208 886 4488, speak to a customer support agent and register yourself. At this initial registration, we will require two (2) forms of identification, one of which must be a photo ID (for example a passport copy or driving license) as well as a proof of address such as a up-to-date utility bill.

Is the ID requirement compulsory?

The ID requirement is compulsory for all customers. This is the law that is applicable to all Money Transfer Businesses in the United Kingdom under Customs and Excise regulations which require us to KNOW OUR CUSTOMER.

How do I pay you?

Depending on the urgency of your transfer, there are a number of different ways to pay us.

You can pay us by Telegraphic Transfer (a CHAPS payment) which normally ensures that your transfer will reach the efastcash account on the same day. We recommend this method for large amounts to avoid any delay in the delivery of your funds. You can also make a BACS transfer, which can take up to three working days to reach our account. Pay by online transfer direct from your bank account which can take up to three working days or pay by cheque which takes up to five working days to clear. Or you can pay us by cash at any of our branches in London or by crediting our bank account.

To what bank account should I pay?

Barclays Bank PLC
Hanover Square Branch
Sort Code 20 36 47
A/C No. 70713945
A/C Name. CEC Ltd

Can I request for a refund if I do change my mind?

If your funds are cleared in our account and have not yet been acted upon, we will be happy to return your funds subject to refund policy.

Is my beneficiary guaranteed to receive my money transfer?

As soon as we receive your funds and requested beneficiary details, we execute your transfer immediately. In the case of an efastcash person-to-person transfer, we also provide you with a unique 8-digit PIN number. Your money will be ready for collection immediately.
